Best Electric Bike in Pakistan — Best for Students, Ladies, Delivery & Long Range

Shortlists by how you ride — budget, battery, seat, range and service, not one brand's sales page. Tap a group to expand it. Every model name opens that bike's own page, and every pick has a Compare button.

Best for StudentsLow price, light weight, easy charging — hostel and campus friendlyTap to expand ▾

Look for: removable battery (charge in a hostel room from a normal socket), price under 2 lakh, light weight. The student favourite to start with is the Evee Flipper — at Rs 97,000 it is the cheapest verified new model.

Best Electric Scooty for Ladies / WomenStep-through, low seat, light and easy to handleTap to expand ▾

Compare these side-by-side on seat height, weight, step-through design and service coverage — not on a single-brand page alone. Start with the MS Jaguar Miso (Rs 158,000, 70 km claimed, 45 km/h) and the Yadea M3 (Rs 174,000, 80 km claimed, graphene).

Best for Delivery RidersReal range, load, battery life and replacement cost firstTap to expand ▾

Judge on total cost + real range + load + battery warranty first — riders ask about battery life and replacement cost before speed. Prefer LFP, a written warranty, fast charging and a spare / swap option. The strongest delivery starting points are the Metro T9 Pro (up to 140 km) and the MS Jaguar Bolt LFP (up to 100 km, 2.5–3 hour fast charge).

Best for Long Range / Long DistanceFor 40 km+ days — claimed range at least 1.5× your daily distanceTap to expand ▾

Only shortlist models whose claimed range is at least 1.5× your daily distance. Claimed range falls in heat, with load, at speed and on hills. The longest claimed ranges here are the Metro T9 Pro and Yadea T5L, both up to 140 km.

Petrol vs Electric Bike in Pakistan — Cost per km & Bachat Calculator

One basis is used everywhere on this site: petrol Rs 8.65/km vs electric Rs 1.20/km at the defaults below. Change any input and the result updates with it.

How it works — the basis, scenarios & battery replacement

The basis: petrol Rs 346/litre — the OGRA-notified rate effective 7 November 2026 (valid to 10 November 2026) — a petrol bike at 40 km/litre, electricity Rs 40/unit and an e-bike using 3 units per 100 km. The calculator defaults use exactly these inputs: 30 km/day × 26 days = 780 km/month; petrol 780 ÷ 40 × Rs 346 = Rs 6,747/month; electricity 780 × 3/100 × Rs 40 = Rs 936/month; saving = Rs 5,811/month (Rs 69,732/year, Rs 348,660 over 5 years — an 86.1% saving on the petrol fuel cost). Formula: petrol/km = petrol price ÷ km per litre; electric/km = (units per 100 km ÷ 100) × Rs per unit.

Scenario — if petrol were Rs 321.17/litre and your CD70 returned 48 km/litre, petrol would be Rs 6.69/km; at Rs 60/unit and 70 km per charge an e-bike would be Rs 1.71/km. Scenario — if petrol were Rs 414.78/litre, published estimates put petrol at Rs 10–11/km vs an EV at Rs 1.5–2/km. These scenarios are labelled because petrol price and tariff move — there is no single honest fixed “Rs X/km” figure.

Battery replacement cost (a range — sources disagree): lead-acid Rs 25,000–50,000 (1.5–2 years); lithium Rs 70,000–150,000 (3–5 years); mid/premium lithium Rs 80,000–120,000+. Jolta-specific reported: lead-acid pack Rs 16,000–27,500 vs lithium Rs 60,000–75,000. Always get your model's exact replacement price in writing.

Defaults use the single basis above. Brand scenario (different assumptions, for comparison only): Jolta’s own published example puts the saving at Rs 5,883/month at 30 km/day, on Jolta’s assumptions.

Electric Bike Price & Dealers by City — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan

Six city pages — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan — each with the dealer areas, showrooms and search help for that city. Prices are the checked national prices on this site; always confirm the final price with the dealer in your city.

Electric bike in Lahore — price, dealer & showroom

Lahore is Punjab’s largest bike market. Dealer areas include Ferozepur Road, Gulberg, Johar Town, Township and Bedian Road. Use the city search at the top of this page to see Lahore listings, and the price list for the checked national prices.

Electric bike in Karachi — price, dealer & showroom

Pakistan’s largest city, with the Saddar bike market and Korangi among its dealer areas. Transport can move the final price, so confirm it with the Karachi dealer before paying.

Electric bike in Islamabad

Sector-based commuting across the capital, including the I-9 / I-10 industrial sectors. Search the directory above for Islamabad listings.

Electric bike in Rawalpindi

Islamabad’s twin city, with its own dealer areas around Saddar and Raja Bazaar. Rawalpindi has its own city page and shares the twin-city dealer listings.

Electric bike in Faisalabad

A major industrial city — YJ Future is based at the FIEDMC M3 Industrial Area — and home of the public battery-swap pilot listed in the directory below.

Electric bike in Multan

The southern Punjab hub. Listings for Peshawar, Hyderabad, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala and Bahawalpur are in the directory search above; the six full city pages are Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad and Multan.

Most Pakistani e-bikes charge at home from an ordinary 220V socket in 4–8 hours — so what matters city by city is dealers, service and swap points, which is what the directory below lists.

PAVE Subsidy, PM Electric Bike Scheme & Installments — Apply Online Guide

Every model's price after PAVE is in the table at the bottom of this page — everywhere else on this site, prices are cash prices only.

What PAVE is

PAVE stands for Pakistan Accelerated Vehicle Electrification. It is the Government of Pakistan's electric-bike subsidy scheme — the scheme many people also search for as the PM electric bike scheme. Its aim is to bring the price of an electric bike or scooty closer to a petrol bike by paying part of the price as a subsidy.

The subsidy is not a discount offered by this website or by a dealer. It is a government scheme, and applications run only through the government's own portal.

EV Moto is not PAVE

EV Moto is NOT PAVE. This site is an independent price and comparison guide. It cannot take your application, approve a subsidy or allot a bike — it only explains the scheme and points you to the official portal.

Apply only through the official portal: pave.gov.pk. No other website can take a PAVE application for you.

Watch out for lookalike websites

pave.pk is an independent information site — it is not the government, and it cannot take your application. pavegov.com.pk and pavegov.org.pk are unofficial lookalikes. The only official portal is pave.gov.pk.

Never pay an agent to apply for you. Anyone charging you a fee to “apply” or to “confirm” your subsidy is not part of the scheme.

How to apply

  • Go to the official portal, pave.gov.pk — type the address yourself instead of following a link sent by an agent or a social-media page.
  • On the portal, check whether you are eligible, and check that the exact model you want is on the PAVE-approved list.
  • Apply on the portal itself, following the steps and document list shown there. Eligibility rules and required documents are set by PAVE and are shown on the portal — not by dealers.
  • Before you pay a dealer anything, confirm on the portal that the subsidy still applies to you and to that model, and get the cash price, the subsidy amount and the price you will actually pay in writing on the invoice.

Eligibility & approved models

  • The subsidy applies only if you, the buyer, are eligible under the scheme's rules.
  • It also applies only if the exact model is PAVE-approved. It is not automatic on every electric bike or scooty on sale.
  • The table below lists models with an indicative price after PAVE — being listed in that table does not mean a model is PAVE-approved. Check the approved-model list on pave.gov.pk.
  • If you are not eligible, or the model is not approved, you pay the full cash price.

Subsidy amount: Rs 80,000 or Rs 50,000? Not settled — still open as of 4 November 2026

Sources reporting on the scheme give two different subsidy figures — Rs 80,000 and Rs 50,000. This page does not present either figure as settled. The current amount is whatever the official portal, pave.gov.pk, shows on the day you apply — check it there before relying on any price after PAVE, including the table below.

Every model: price after PAVE

165 models are listed below, each with the cash price used across this site and the price after PAVE next to it. AirV models are not in this table — AirV is not on the PAVE-approved list published so far, so no after-PAVE figure is shown for them.

How the after-PAVE figures are calculated: cash price minus Rs 80,000. If the current subsidy is Rs 50,000 instead, the price after PAVE would be Rs 30,000 higher than shown. Verify the current amount on pave.gov.pk first. A model appears in this table whether or not it is PAVE-approved — check approval and your own eligibility on the portal.

Cash prices as used on each model's own page, checked October 2026. Models whose cash price is still being verified show “Price check in progress”, with no price after PAVE calculated.

Guides every buyer needs

Short, honest, and written for Pakistani roads, Pakistani heat and Pakistani prices.

Battery care in 45°C heat

Battery chemistry decides how long your bike stays worth owning. Published buyer-guide figures put LFP at 2,000–2,500 cycles (about 4–6 years) against graphene at 800–1,000 cycles (about 2–3 years) in Pakistani heat.

  • Charge in shade; never leave the bike standing in direct afternoon sun.
  • For daily use, avoid running the battery to zero — shallow daily charges age it slower.
  • Ask the cycle life and the replacement price before you buy, and get both in writing.

Buying a used e-bike: battery-health checklist

On a used e-bike, the battery is the value — battery condition decides a used EV's real worth. Before paying:

  • Ride it at least 10 km yourself and watch how fast the charge falls.
  • Check for swelling, heat marks or a replaced-looking battery case.
  • Ask for the purchase invoice — it proves age and model.
  • Price a new battery for that model first; if a replacement costs near the bike's price, walk away.
  • Test the charger it comes with — a dead charger is your cost from day one.

Instalments: what the market actually offers

Instalment plans are one of the most-searched topics in this market. Dealer plans commonly start with an advance of about Rs 10,000–15,000 and monthly payments around Rs 5,000–10,000, but terms differ by brand, city and dealer — and the total paid on instalments is always higher than the cash price.

  • Always ask for the total payable over the full plan, not just the monthly figure.
  • Ask who owns the bike until the last payment, and what a missed payment costs.
  • Compare the instalment total against the cash price before deciding.
Read the full guide → Figures are the commonly advertised ranges in this market — confirm the exact plan, in writing, with the dealer.

Why we don't map car fast chargers

Pakistan's car-charger map already exists — ChargePK, PakNEV and EVraah cover it. Bikes have small batteries that charge from a normal socket at home, so this site maps the plugs, dealers and workshops a two-wheeler actually uses.

Electric bike battery types in Pakistan

Electric bike battery replacement cost in Pakistan

There is no single replacement price — it depends on battery type and size. Approximate market ranges run from about Rs 25,000 for a small lead-acid pack to Rs 150,000 or more for lithium. The full guide breaks the cost down by type, explains what drives it, and lists the signs that a battery is finished.

How much does it cost to charge an electric bike?

A full charge is a few units of electricity — roughly Rs 75–110 for the battery sizes most Pakistani bikes carry, at the calculator's default Rs 40 per unit. The full guide shows the simple formula, worked examples for 60V and 72V packs, and why your electricity slab changes the answer.

Questions buyers actually ask

What is the price of an electric bike in Pakistan?

It depends on the brand and battery. As one published example, Yadea's checked range is Rs 174,000–1,400,000 across the 9 Yadea models listed on this site. Every brand's range on this site is worked out from its own checked model prices — see the full price list — we publish a price only with a source, and every price should still be confirmed with the dealer before paying.

How much do I really save against a petrol bike?

Run your own numbers in the calculator above. On this site’s standard basis (petrol Rs 346/litre at 40 km/litre; electricity Rs 40/unit at 3 units per 100 km) a petrol bike works out at Rs 8.65/km vs Rs 1.20/km electric. Other published benchmarks: a Honda CD70 at Rs 7.43/km (a published scenario on different petrol-price and mileage assumptions, not this site’s standard basis) vs Rs 1.21/km for electric, and Jolta's worked example saves Rs 5,883/month at 30 km/day. Your saving depends on your daily distance, the petrol price and your electricity slab.

Where do I charge an electric bike?

At home, from an ordinary 220V socket — most e-bikes have small 3–7 kW batteries designed for exactly that. Away from home, the directory above lists plug points, dealers, workshops and swap points city by city as each one is checked. Battery swapping exists in Pakistan only as pilots today — Faisalabad's public pilot started with 2 cabinets and 24 slots, targeting 50 cabinets by December 2026.

LFP or graphene battery — which should I buy?

LFP lasts 2,000–2,500 cycles (about 4–6 years) against graphene's 800–1,000 cycles (about 2–3 years) in Pakistani heat — but always ask for the specific model's cycle rating and replacement-battery price in writing, because those two numbers decide your real cost of ownership.

What is the cheapest electric bike in Pakistan?

In October 2026 the cheapest verified new model is the Evee Flipper at Rs 97,000, followed by the Revoo A04 at Rs 100,000. Almost nothing genuine is under Rs 100,000 new. A model whose price is still being verified is never counted as the cheapest — no price is guessed for it.

What is the best electric bike under 2 lakh in Pakistan?

Shortlist: Evee Flipper (97,000), Revoo A04 (100,000), Evee Mito+ (137,000), Jolta JE-70D (149,900), MS Jaguar Miso (158,000), Yadea M3 (174,000) and Metro T9 Sport (184,000) — from the checked price list, October 2026. Choose on battery chemistry, warranty and replacement cost, not price alone.

Why is real range less than claimed range?

Heat, rider weight and load, speed, tyre pressure, terrain and battery age all cut range. Reporting from Pakistan notes noticeable range drop within 18–24 months in heat, dust and loadshedding conditions. Use the 1.5× rule: claimed range should be at least 1.5 times your daily distance.

Do I need a licence or registration for an electric bike in Pakistan?

Registration and licence requirements depend on the model's power/speed category and your province — check the current rule with your local excise / traffic authority and the dealer before riding, and do not rely on a dealer's verbal assurance alone. Keep the invoice with the bike's papers.
